Terms of Service

Hoodpad is non-custodial software. It lets anyone create a token and trade it in a Uniswap v4 pool on Robinhood Chain. Every action is a transaction you sign in your own wallet. We never hold your funds or private keys, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction.

“Super Intelligence” is the theme of the Site. It is not a claim that any token has any technology, product, team or value behind it.

You may use Hoodpad only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not a citizen or resident of, or located in, the United States of America or its territories.
• You are not located in, organised in, or ordinarily resident in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
• You are not on, owned or controlled by anyone on, or acting for anyone on, a sanctions list (including the US OFAC SDN list and EU, UK and UN lists).
• Using Hoodpad is legal for you where you live.

You will not use a VPN or other means to get around these restrictions. We may block access, wallets or regions from the Site at any time.

• Launching a token costs a launch fee, shown before you confirm.
• Every trade pays a 1% swap fee, split equally between the token’s creator and Hoodpad.
• In the first 10 seconds after a launch, a higher fee applies to discourage bots. It starts at 99% and falls each second to the normal 1%. The extra amount goes to the Hoodpad treasury.
• A token’s fee terms are fixed in the contracts when it launches and cannot be changed later.
• You also pay Robinhood Chain network fees (gas), which do not go to Hoodpad.

• Tokens launched on Hoodpad are highly speculative and can lose all of their value within minutes.
• The smart contracts are immutable and have not been audited. They may contain bugs that cause loss of funds.
• Blockchain transactions are final. Sending to a wrong address or signing a wrong transaction cannot be undone.
• Prices move fast. The amount you receive can differ from what the Site shows.
• Robinhood Chain, its RPC, Uniswap, IPFS or your wallet may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly.
• Laws and regulations about digital assets may change and affect you or Hoodpad.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, your wallet and your taxes.

Anyone can launch a token. Hoodpad does not create, review, endorse or vouch for any token, its name, image, links or community. The creator alone is responsible for them.

When you launch a token, you confirm that it does not:

• impersonate any person, company, brand or project, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist;
• infringe anyone’s trademark, copyright or other rights;
• contain illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing content;
• exist to defraud, mislead or manipulate buyers.

We may hide any token, image or link from the Site at our discretion. We cannot change, freeze or remove a token or its pool on-chain.

You will not use Hoodpad for money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, fraud, or any other illegal activity; attack, overload or interfere with the Site or its contracts; or scrape or copy the Site in a way that harms it.

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Prices, charts and market caps are informational and may be wrong or delayed.

Hoodpad is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoodpad and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Hoodpad. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to Hoodpad in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hoodpad harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Hoodpad, the tokens you create, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Hoodpad after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may change, suspend or stop the Site at any time; the on-chain contracts keep working regardless.
